There are no hidden extra's, no referral fees and no costs per lead. You only pay an one-time set-up fee to customize your seminar plus a fixed yearly all-inclusive lease fee.

A Multiple User License means that the Brokerage has the possibility (only if it wish to do so) to offer its agents/ representatives in the same market area a Sub-License. A sub-license holder receives a completely functional and customized seminar, including a separate page with information and registration Form at the Home Buyers Online Seminar website. The following conditions apply for sub-license holders:

The exclusive market area only refers to the Brokerage, not to the individual agents;

The market area page at the Home Buyers Online Seminar is linked to the Brokerage;

Individual agents targeting cities/town/regions outside the market area for which a Multiple User License was granted, are not admissible for a sub-license;

If the relationship between a brokerage and an individual agent is terminated, the sub-license holder has to remove links to the Home Buyers Online Seminar from its website immediately;

Only a Brokerage can apply for a sub-license for one or more of its agents and the Brokerage is responsible for payment of the invoice. They can charge an administration fee to sub-license holders.

No Contracts

You lease the Home Buyers Online Seminar for a term of one year. You have the right to extend the lease for a minimum of one year at the end of each lease term under the existing, current rental terms, conditions, and rates in effect at the time of renewal. You can terminate the lease at the end of each term without any costs. We do NOT automatically renew your lease.

Invoice and Secure Payment

First, we customize and test your personal Home Buyers Online Seminar. Next, we invite you to take a look at the seminar and run some tests yourself. Only after you are completely satisfied, we will publish your seminar and send you an invoice by e-mail.

We do not ask for payment up front and we do not send you an invoice until you are satisfied about your seminar.

We have partnered with PayPal. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

No leads, but visitors. Approx. $1 - $1.50 per click
