To prevent Spam robots from harvesting our site, we have removed all html-code containing e-mail addresses and replaced them by forms and encrypted addresses. We have also "banned" obvious e-mail addresses such as "info@", "sales@", "webmaster@", "contact@", etc.

![]() What is Spam?
Spam is any message, regardless of its content, that is sent to multiple recipients who have not specifically requested the mail. Other common terms on the Internet are UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail) and UBE (Unsolicited Bulk E-mail) which are both the same as what is typically known as Spam.
Unsolicited electronic mail advertisements (Spam) are not accepted here.
All Spammers will be reported to their webhost/mail provider with the request to take appropriate action to stop the abuse. Furthermore, all Spammers will be reported to SpamCop and several other Anti-Spam agencies. We will NEVER do business with Spammers.

TELE-MARKETING OR COLD CALLING
|
SPAM FROM OUR SITE?
|
|||
Cold Calling is the processing of approaching prospective clients, typically via telephone, who have not agreed to such as interaction. The word "cold" is used because the person receiving the call is not expecting the call or has not specifically asked to be contacted by the sales person. Cold calling is ineffective, inefficient and a waste of time. It may also be concluded that it is an annoyance to the public.We do not call anyone unless we have established a relationship with them, or they ask us to do so. Period.
|
From time to time, individuals may forge message headers in order to suggest that the message originated with House Hunting In Toronto to try and make it appear more authentic. In addition, these Spammers may use similar fake reply-to accounts, "remove me" accounts, and other types of drop boxes either in the headers or in the body of messages.
Please note that although the message you received appeared to be coming from House Hunting In Toronto, the mail was not sent from our account.
