 Multiple Listing Services (MLS®) are computerized listings of all properties offered for sale by member brokers. The link below will take you to the Toronto pages of the MLS. There you will be presented with a map of Toronto and surrounding regions. To narrow down your search to the neighbourhood of your choice you can click on sections of the map. Once you have reached the region or neighbourhood you are interested in, you can specify the houses you are looking for. After submitting your preferences, you will get an instant overview of all available properties that match your search. Would you like to receive more detailed information about one or more of the listings? Make a note of the MLS-number(s) and give us a call or use our contact form. IMPORTANT!
 If you come across a house you like, you will find the contact information of the seller's representative in the listing. However, before you rush to make an appointment, remember that you are talking to the sales representative of the seller who has the obligation to act in the best interest of his or her client. Having your own sales representatives who are acting as your advocates and representing your best interests, will give you greater peace of mind. There are no costs for you.
