RENTING A HOUSE, CONDO OR LOFT IN TORONTO

Describe the type of rental accommodation you are looking for and we will find the right accommodation for you. As your real estate representatives we have access to a complete range of residential rental properties including (semi-) detached homes, apartments, townhouses, and condominiums, listed on the Toronto MLS system. In general, landlords who list their properties for lease through the MLS, require an up-to-date credit report to accompany the Offer to Lease, and a letter from your employer verifying your full-time employment and annual salary.

In general, the minimum leasing period in Toronto is one year. The inventory of furnished properties is very limited!

Please note that we are unable to provide services for short-term leases (less than 12 months).

Our services are only available for homes/condo's with a monthly rental price of $2,000 (unfurnished) and up.

We are NOT a Student Housing Service.

Our services are free of charge for tenants. However, the costs for a credit report (approximately $22), must be paid by the prospective tenant.

After completing the Form below we will send you an overview of properties for lease (if available) that meet your requirements within 24 hours. Due to the large number of requests we receive daily, we can only provide daily updates after we receive your feedback regarding the initial listings.

Part of the real estate services we offer is also to arrange rentals for property owners, either within our own portfolio, through advertisements or by utilizing the Multiple Listing Service of the Toronto Real Estate Board. Placing your property for lease with the MLS will provide you with prospective tenants seeking housing in the Greater Toronto Area. Furthermore, your property will also be listed at the House Hunting In Toronto website.

We screen all prospective tenants with a Rental Application, Credit Check and Job Letter. Our fee to list your property for lease on the MLS is one month's rent plus GST.

Please do not complete this Form if you are not actually looking to lease a property within 3 months. Doing a search requires a lot of work for us and homes currently listed for Lease, will most likely not be available over 3 months. If you are just orientating yourself, please take a look at www.mls.ca.

However, if you are planning to move after 3 months and would like to receive daily updates of available homes prior to your move, please select "Later" as expected Occupancy Date at the Form and indicate your moving date in the Box Additional Information. In that case we will start sending you Listings 2 months prior to moving.
